We will only accept returns or exchanges of unused and intact products (with all their accessories, including the box) and usable for their subsequent sale.

The customer must send us the correctly packaged products (the customer takes care of this shipment). If what you want is a replacement, you must make a new order with the desired new products and send the items you want to return to the return address. Once the perfect condition has been received and checked, the amount for the value of the returned goods will be returned (shipping costs will not be refunded, no cash on delivery or any customs fees, since these are services already carried out).
